What is eStamping?+

What is stamp duty?+

Can I edit my details once stamp paper has been generated?+

What is the expiry of eStamp paper?+

e-Stamp papers are valid for 6 months from issue for most documents; some state rules vary.

Delhi, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Haryana, UP, Punjab, Rajasthan, Kerala, Telangana, AP, MP, WB and Odisha.

What documents require eStamping?+

Rent agreements, sale deeds, gift deeds, partnership deeds, LLP agreements, loan agreements, powers of attorney and many affidavits.

Is eStamping safe?+

Yes — every e-stamp carries a unique certificate number verifiable on the issuing authority's portal.

How do I verify my eStamp paper?+

Enter the certificate number on the state authority's verification portal. Draft India also provides an in-app verification link.
