Rent Agreement

RENT AGREEMENT

 

This Rent Agreement is made between [landlord] (Landlord) and [tenant] (Tenant) for the property situated at [property].

 

1. The tenancy begins on [start_date] for a period of eleven (11) months.

2. Monthly rent shall be ₹[rent], payable on or before the 5th of every month.

3. A refundable security deposit of ₹[deposit] has been paid by the Tenant to the Landlord.

4. The Tenant shall use the premises solely for residential purposes.
